You can pay for your aircraft rental using major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept payments via bank transfers for those who prefer this method.   • What is the pricing structure for private flights?
    Pricing varies based on factors such as duration of flight, one-way or round-trip flights, and length of gap between departure and return. We offer transparent pricing and can provide a detailed quote upon request.
  • Are there additional fees I should be aware of?
    Our team will provide a complete breakdown of costs prior to you booking, so there are no surprises. Other providers typically add on hidden additional fees (eg. landing fees, fuel surcharges), which we don't feel is right to do.
  • How do I book an empty leg flight?

  • What should I do if I need to change or cancel my flight?
    We understand that plans can change. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist you with rescheduling or cancellation according to our policies.
  • Can I travel with pets?
    Yes, we welcome pets on board and they fly in the cabin with you. We know your pets are an important part of your family, and we love when they join you on-board. Pets need to be under 30lb. Please inform us in advance, and we can provide details about any requirements and accommodations.

  • Why would a flight be canceled or delayed?
    A delayed flight or a cancellation can be caused by many reasons, which can be divided into the following categories: 1 . Within Carrier’s control (ex : mechanical failure noticed during regular maintenance of the aircraft, etc.) 2. Outside of Carrier’s control (ex : bad weather conditions, natural disasters, collision with wildlife, medical emergencies, strikes, political instability, air traffic control restrictions, etc.) Categorizing the reason for the disturbance will help you determine your rights under the Regulations. Please note that in case of a flight disruption, we will provide regular updates to inform you of the reason and expected duration of the delay. Depending on the itinerary of your flight, different passenger rights regulations may apply.
  • How do I get a refund if my flight is canceled?
    If the flight delay is more than 3 hours, Nectair will issue a refund for the portion of the flight that has not been completed. If a portion of the agreed transportation has been completed, the refund will be the difference between the fare rate or charge paid and the fare rate or charge applicable to that portion of the agreed transportation completed, less any applicable cancellation charges, as specified in this tariff. To get your refund, contact Nectair and request a refund for the non-completed portion of the fare.   • How do I get back something I forgot on the plane?
    At NectAir, we value your experience flying with us and appreciate how frustrating it can be to leave something behind on an aircraft. In order to reunite you with your belongings, simply reach out to us by phone or email to let us know. We will need the flight details and a description of what was left behind. Once the item is found, we will provide instructions on how to retrieve your item. If you forgot something at the airport, we will work with you to connect with the airport lost and found.
  • When do I need to check-in before my charter flight?
    With our private charters, you can enjoy the convenience of arriving just 30 minutes before departure, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. To ensure everything goes smoothly, always confirm check-in times, procedures, and any specific recommendations with our customer service team.
  • What is the maximum baggage allowance?
    Our team can provide specific details based on your flight arrangements.
  • Is there a bathroom on the plane?

  • Are there any items I can not bring?
    Our customer service team will provide you with a list of prohibited items. We follow all safety guidelines provided by Transport Canada on what is considered a Dangerous Good.

    Boarding a private flight with NectAir from a private terminal is designed to be a seamless, luxurious, and stress-free experience. Here’s what to expect: 1. Arrival: When you arrive at the private terminal, you’ll be greeted by our dedicated staff who will assist you with any luggage and guide you through the streamlined check-in process. 2. Security Check: Unlike commercial flights, the security check for private flights is quick and discrete. You'll undergo a brief screening process that is both thorough and efficient, ensuring your safety and comfort without any unnecessary delays. 3. Lounge Access: Once through security, you will have access to the exclusive private terminal lounge.     Where possible, NectAir would like to accommodate your travel needs but due to weight restrictions of the aircraft we may not always be able to take all baggage. We recommend that you communicate with us in advance of the flight to see if there is space or weight allowance on board for your clubs.
  • Can I take my hunting riffle?
    Firearms for sport purposes will be carried as stowed baggage provided the passenger possesses the required permit/licence and, provided that such firearms are disassembled or packed in a suitable case.
  • Can I take my hockey equipment?
    Where possible, NectAir would like to accommodate your travel needs but due to weight restrictions of the aircraft we may not always be able to take all baggage. We recommend that you communicate with us in advance of the flight to see if there is space or weight allowance on board for your hockey equipment. We will need to know size and weight of the bag.
